Bitter -- Grilled Garlic Asparagus Drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar


 

1 bunch thin asparagus


 

1 tablespoon roasted garlic olive oil with rosemary


 

Aged balsamic vinegar, drizzled


 

1 Heat the grill to med-high, clean and wipe the grates with a touch of olive oil. Source: Recipe Adapted from Epicurean Mom


 

2 Divide the asparagus bunch into 2-3 bunches and tie with meat twine at the top and bottom. Brush with olive oil. Place each bunch onto the grill and grill for about 5-8 minutes.


 

3 Take off the grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.


 

Tips: Tie the asparagus spears together to keep them from falling through the grates.
